Jones Developers in lieu of the property owners are responsible for maintenance of the assets and properties, encompasses duties that also include ticketing, and booking services, which can be customized and tailor-made according to the requirements of the property owners. The dwellers or tenets can relish the assets the premiss with prior intimation or booking with us. However, requested to priorly book their tickets in case of the cinema hall, and in case of engaging a part/community hall, 2 months booking in advance is required. In case of cancelation (tickets, party halls, other accommodation) from the users before three weeks, they are liable for 50% of the total cost incurred. If in case the user wishes to cancel the tickets, the tickets within 3 weeks to 24 hours, 10% of the ticket cost will be refunded. For more than 24 hours, the users can cancel the ticket, however, no refunds will be entertained. The company reserves the right to approve or cancel the registration. Jones Developers also ensure proper decorum and behavior inside premises for the benefit of the majority and has the authority to rusticate the presence of the mischief mongers, and are liable to legal sections.
