Jones Developers maintain a fair and open pricing policy and are subject to change based on the services, and the packages our clients choose. We collect a fee every month for property management, and in case of any repair, replacements, and substitutions, an additional fee would be charged to the owners based on the tasks, spares, and repair involved.

Jones Developers fully supports compliance with the principles laid out in the Property Management and understands the disclosure statement requirements for each type of property maintenance. The company reserves the final right to continue or terminate the partnership. However, the clients are requested to completely read the proposal document, and once the contract has been signed, it indicates that the clients comply with the terms and conditions. The Company reserves the to continue, terminate, with the client with prior intimation before 15 days or more. However, if the client wishes to terminate the contract, it has to be intimated in writing within one month, through a proper legal document.
